Each sofa is carefully packaged to prevent damage, scratches, or upholstery wear during transit: the sofa is wrapped in protective plastic and padded with foam to shield upholstery and frames, while detachable parts (such as cushions and armrests) are secured in separate, labeled packaging. The entire package is placed in a heavy-duty, shock-absorbent box to withstand handling and shipping, and each package is inspected before dispatch to ensure the sofa arrives in pristine, brand-new condition, ready for assembly (if required).
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real time from our facility to your provided delivery address. Shipping timelines vary based on your geographic location and sofa size: domestic orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days, while international orders generally take 10–20 business days for delivery. Extended timelines are due to the size and weight of sofas, mandatory customs clearance procedures, cross-border postal processing, and regional carrier logistics. Please note these are estimated delivery windows, and unforeseen delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, strict customs inspections, peak holiday shipping volumes, or disruptions with third-party shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery location, sofa size, and weight. We periodically run free shipping promotions for orders that meet a specified minimum purchase amount; current active promotions are displayed prominently on our website homepage for easy reference. For international customers, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These additional charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost, and must be paid in full upon package arrival to release the shipment.
